What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If you are unhappy with your purchase (for any reason), we'll be happy to accept a return or exchange of the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping). If buying at Christmas we extend the return time by 10 additional days.  Items must still have all tags attached.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Can I wash the plushies?

Our plushies are made from high quality, surface washable, child safe materials. They meet or exceed the latest CPSIA safety standards for North America. Surface washable. Sound module removable to allow for battery replacement.  comes with 3 LR44 Button Cell batteries. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Are there other animals?

We are in the process of creating additional animals.  Each animal will have different Bible verses.  As new animals become available we will add them to our products page.

Question 4

What about different languages…can I order an animal that speaks Spanish or another language?

Accepted Answer

Our animals currently only speak English.  However, we will soon be releasing the same animals in Spanish.  As the market determines, we will add additional languages.  If you would like your animal to speak a different language please contact us.  As we receive enough requests for a specific language we will then proceed.

Can we be notified as other animals become available?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  If you fill in your contact information on our “Contact Us” page we will email you as new products become available.

Can I purchase your product in stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at select retailers in Evansville, IN.  If you would like to see our products in stores in your area, please let us know and also contact the store with your request.
